What is the standard delivery timeframe for machines?
Most of our standard dishwashers and glasswashers are delivered within 3-5 business days. For specialized or large-capacity units, shipping may take up to 7-10 days depending on your location.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, we provide optional professional installation by certified technicians. You can add this service at checkout to ensure your machine is correctly commissioned and meets all local water and electrical regulations.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All Nelson machines come with a comprehensive 12-month parts and labor warranty as standard. Extended warranty packages are available for purchase if you require longer-term peace of mind.
What is your return policy for commercial equipment?
Unused machines in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee. Please note that once a machine has been installed or connected to water services, it cannot be returned unless it is found to be faulty.
Do I need a water softener for my dishwasher?
If you live in a hard water area, we highly recommend using an internal or external water softener. This prevents limescale buildup, ensures optimal cleaning results, and protects your machine's internal components from damage.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For commercial clients, we also offer bank transfer (BACS) options and flexible leasing arrangements upon approval.
